By accessing this website, booking a session, or participating in any service offered by Harmony Within, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using this site or engaging in services.

1. General Information

Harmony Within provides SomaYoga therapy, somatic movement education, private sessions, group classes, corporate wellness programs, workshops, and related wellness services. These offerings are educational and supportive in nature and are not a replacement for medical diagnosis or clinical treatment.

By using this website or booking a service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Not Medical Advice

SomaYoga, somatic movement, breathwork, mindful practices, and all related services offered by Harmony Within are not medical care, physical therapy, chiropractic care, psychotherapy, or any other licensed medical service.

Nothing on this website or shared in private or group sessions should be interpreted as:

  • medical advice

  • diagnosis

  • treatment

  • prescription

  • a guarantee of specific outcomes

Always consult your physician or healthcare provider before beginning any new wellness program, especially if you have injuries, chronic conditions, or health concerns.

3. Assumption of Risk

By participating in any Harmony Within session or program, you acknowledge that:

  • movement-based practices carry inherent risks

  • you are voluntarily choosing to participate

  • you are responsible for listening to your body and working within your own limits

You agree to release Harmony Within and Monica Mohanty from liability for injuries, discomfort, or damages that may occur from participation.

If you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort during any session, stop immediately and consult a healthcare provider.

4. Booking, Payments & Cancellations

Private Sessions

  • All sessions must be booked in advance.

  • Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

  • Cancellations require 24 hours’ notice.

  • Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

Corporate Programs

  • Corporate sessions, workshops, and events require a signed agreement.

  • Deposits may be required based on scope and scheduling.

  • Corporate cancellations require 72 hours’ notice unless stated otherwise in the contract.

Workshops & Special Events

  • Tickets or registrations are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Harmony Within.

Harmony Within reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

6. Changes to Services

Harmony Within may modify, update, or discontinue:
