Wellness Solutions for Your Team’s Success

Healthy, energized employees perform better, and the workplace feels different when people are supported. Our Group Corporate Wellness programs bring the benefits of yoga, mindfulness, and nervous-system education directly into your office, from quick chair-yoga resets to immersive retreat days.

Each offering is designed for busy organizations and can be tailored to your culture and schedule. The result is simple and powerful: lower stress, higher productivity, and a more resilient team at every level.

Why Invest in Workplace Wellness?

  • Improve Employee Well-Being

Chronic stress and long hours at a desk take a noticeable toll. Guided workplace yoga helps reduce tension, ease discomfort, and give employees a mental and physical reset. When people feel cared for, morale and job satisfaction rise.

  • Boost Productivity & Focus

Wellness isn’t a perk, it’s a performance strategy. Poor employee health can cost companies thousands in lost productivity each year. Organizations that integrate programs like chair yoga consistently see improved focus, lower absenteeism, and reduced stress.

  • Enhance Team Performance

Mindfulness and gentle movement create mental clarity. With less clutter and more calm, teams think creatively and solve problems more effectively. Practicing together also builds camaraderie and strengthens team culture.

  • Support Leadership & Resilience

Wellness isn’t only for staff. Leaders benefit from nervous-system regulation, too. When executives model healthy behavior, the entire organization shifts toward empathy, resilience, and sustainable performance.

Our Corporate Wellness Offerings

We offer a range of flexible programs to meet your company’s needs, from weekly classes to executive retreats. Every session is led by Monica, an experienced yoga instructor and SomaYoga practitioner who adapts the work to all levels, including beginners.

Below is an overview of our core programs.

Chair Yoga Series (On-Site or Virtual)

No yoga mats or workout gear required, chair yoga brings gentle movement and stress relief right to your employees’ desks. In a series of 30-minute to 1-hour sessions (typically held weekly or bi-weekly), employees learn simple stretches, poses, and breathing exercises they can do in regular work clothes.

  • We’ll transform a conference room (or Zoom room) into a mini yoga studio. Participants stay seated or use a chair for support, making these sessions accessible to everyone, including those with limited mobility or tight schedules.

  • Each session starts with easing neck and shoulder tension (a must for desk workers) and moves through the body – spinal stretches, gentle twists, and wrist/hip openers – finishing with a brief guided relaxation. No sweat, no need to change clothes – just effective techniques to counteract hours of sitting.

  • Team members will come away energized, not drained. Chair yoga helps improve posture and prevent that midday slump by boosting circulation. It also teaches breathing and mindfulness tools to manage workday stress on the fly. Over time, these small breaks lead to big improvements in comfort, focus, and mood at work.

  • Perfect for office-based teams and remote workers alike. We can run sessions in-person at your workplace or live via video for distributed teams. It’s an ideal wellness perk for professionals who have limited time for self care, in just minutes, everyone from interns to executives can reap the benefits.

Wellness Retreats & Workshops

Sometimes, a longer reset is needed to truly rejuvenate your team. We organize half-day or full-day wellness retreats (on-site at your company or at an off-site venue) and intensive workshops that immerse participants in restorative practices.

  • Retreats are custom-designed in consultation with you. Common elements include: extended yoga sessions (mat or chair-based depending on space), mindfulness and meditation classes, group relaxation exercises, and even team-building activities centered around well-being. We can incorporate themes like stress management, work-life balance, or mindful leadership.

  • Imagine a “Wellness Day” where employees rotate through a calming yoga flow, a guided meditation, and an interactive stress-relief seminar. We provide mats (if needed), and props to ensure everyone is comfortable. If off-site, we’ll help select a tranquil location to get people out of the office mindset.

  • A retreat allows deeper exploration of wellness techniques. Employees return from these experiences recharged and equipped with new self-care skills. It’s a powerful way to combat burnout during crunch times or as a reward after big projects. Teams that unwind together often reconnect on a human level, improving communication and collaboration back at work. Expect renewed motivation, lower stress levels, and a lasting positive buzz in the office after one of these retreats.

  • Ideal for companies seeking a culture shift toward wellness or wanting to make a big impact in a short time. Whether it’s an annual wellness day for the entire staff or a leadership off-site focused on mindful team-building, we’ll craft the event to suit your group’s size and interests.

Executive Team Wellness Sessions

Give your leadership team the tools to thrive under pressure. These are specialized group sessions (often 60–90 minutes) for executives or management teams, blending yoga, mindfulness, and discussion to target the challenges of high-level roles.

  • Conducted as a small-group class for your top leaders, these sessions can be a one-time workshop or a recurring part of your leadership development program. We maintain a professional atmosphere while introducing techniques to manage stress, improve focus, and prevent executive burnout. Often scheduled as morning openers or pre-meeting refreshers, they set a positive, centered tone for your team’s day.

  • A typical executive session might start with tension-releasing stretches (great for those marathon meeting days), then move into breathing exercises to sharpen mental clarity. We introduce mindfulness practices geared toward leadership – for example, learning to pause and breathe before tough decisions or using brief meditation to spark creativity. There’s also an opportunity for open discussion (if the group is comfortable) about stress management strategies, so peers can share what works for them.

  • Your executives will develop greater self-awareness and emotional balance, which cascades to how they lead their teams. Yoga and meditation have been shown to help leaders stay calm and improve their emotional intelligence meaning better communication, empathy, and decision-making at the top. By practicing together, the leadership team also builds mutual support in prioritizing wellness. This can lead to a healthier work culture overall, as employees see leadership setting the example.

  • Designed for management and leadership groups who experience high stress and tight schedules. It’s especially useful ahead of big initiatives, during company transitions, or simply as a regular check-in for executive well-being. Even those who are new to yoga will feel comfortable – the session adjusts to all levels and focuses on practical takeaways for the work environment.

Build a Healthier, Happier Workplace

Investing in employee wellness isn’t just thoughtful, it’s strategic. Healthier employees mean fewer sick days, lower stress, and a more engaged, creative, and resilient workforce.

Programs like SomaYoga and chair yoga help teams build habits that reduce long-term stress and improve well-being. The return is clear: stronger performance, better retention, and a workplace that inspires people to show up as their best selves.

Participating in Monica’s chair yoga series at work was such a refreshing and grounding experience. I didn’t expect chair yoga to be particularly challenging, but I was rather surprised - each session offered gentle yet effective movements that engaged both the body and mind. The exercises were simple and accessible, fitting perfectly into the workday - things like seated cobra, cat-cow stretches, arm circles, figure four stretches, and shoulder rolls. I now find myself taking mini stretch breaks throughout the day to reset my posture and mind.

Monica’s passion for yoga and her genuine enthusiasm for helping others move and feel better truly shine through in her teaching. She created a welcoming and encouraging environment, making it easy for everyone - regardless of experience level - to participate and feel the benefits. The series was a great reminder that a few mindful moments of movement can make a real difference in how we feel and focus at work.

Monica led a multi-week chair yoga workshop where I work, and it exceeded all my expectations. I’ve practiced yoga at an intermediate level for over a decade, so at first, I was skeptical about what could be accomplished during work hours—with just a chair. But I came away genuinely impressed! Monica guided us through a thoughtful series of movements that built both flexibility and strength, all while adapting seamlessly to different experience levels and physical needs. I left each session feeling more relaxed and focused—and the next day, I was pleasantly surprised to feel the lasting benefits of a meaningful strength and flexibility practice.

Having Monica guide our office through a series of chair yoga sessions was a great experience. She brings such a friendly and welcoming vibe to the class, which is very approachable for any level of fitness. I could just show up in my work clothes, mute the phone, and enjoy some time to breathe and focus on myself. The reward was this feeling of relaxed readiness for whatever else the day might deliver. I wish it could’ve become as regular as my standing meetings, but we were at least sent home with the tools to recreate the sequences. I would highly recommend this to anyone who sits in a chair and works on a screen for long stretches.

Monica’s Chair Yoga Is that a thing, was the first thought in my head. Having no experience with yoga in any form put me in a place of ignorance. Her enthusiasm was clear and helped motivate me to participate. With each session I gained awareness of what yoga is and is not. All my preconceptions were wrong, not surprising. After attending most of the sessions I found it was possible to calm my mind and some stiff muscles. There was also some pain as we worked on the parts of my body I know are totally inflexible. Monica’s quiet, soft and caring tone worked well as we meditated or held some position in our chairs. The guidance she offered was eye-opening. The class was a wonderful experience.

Monica’s in-person office chair yoga session was an incredibly refreshing experience. She created a calm and welcoming environment, making the movements easy to follow regardless of fitness level, which is low for me. The stretches were simple yet surprisingly effective, and I could easily do them at my desk on my own time.

By the end of the class, I felt more energized, focused, and mentally clear. It was a perfect mid-day reset that left me feeling more productive for the rest of the afternoon. The chair yoga session was a wonderful reminder of how small moments of movement can make a big impact on both physical comfort and workplace well-being. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to reduce stress, improve posture, and bring a little more balance into the workday.
